Had an amazing time with friends! The location is perfect for hitting the Laguna Torre trek. Rooms were clean and spacious, and there are great communal spaces to unwind after hiking. Breakfast was well stocked and gave us energy for our adventures.
We had an issue with the breakfast service. It started too late, and it was crowded with not enough food for everyone. This messed up our early plans for trekking.

The location was a dream for hiking, super close to the trails! The staff were accommodating, even with my early breakfast requests. Sadly, the noisy environment at night was a bit of a bummer. 🌄

the staff were so lovely, I mean they scolded me like I was a naughty child for being 30 minutes late, what a treat! then there's the rock-hard bed and filthy floors. I almost felt bad for saying anything but I just couldn’t. absolutely zero upgrade offered, definitely not impressed.

The hotel was perfectly located just down the street from the Laguna de los Tres hike, making our early morning treks super convenient. The facilities were well-equipped, and the breakfast each morning fueled us for our adventures. Additionally, the staff were incredibly helpful and provided us with hot water for coffee and tea in the evenings.
Service during breakfast hours was a bit slower than expected, which could delay early plans.

I had an awesome time with my friends! The place was super convenient to start our trek to Laguna Torre and the communal spaces were perfect after our hikes. They even lent us trekking poles! Breakfast was satisfying and kept us energized for our adventures.
One downside was that the heating in our room was way too hot, making us sleep with the window open despite the chilly night air outside.

A Satisfactory Stay with Room for Improvement
Enjoyed a cozy twin room with great lighting. The location is convenient for exploring El Chaltén, but be prepared for potentially slow service during breakfast hours. Consider requesting breakfast earlier if you plan an early start for trekking to avoid delays.

The location was amazing for our family hiking trips. Our kids especially loved the cozy space after a long day outdoors, and the dogs had a great time exploring the area. We were able to rent trekking poles for added convenience.
In my wife's opinion, better breakfast options would help families.
